How do I place an Order?
When you visit the site and choose one of our products and go to the design option. Design the jacket as you want, choose the color, add the text, insert the image from within the image library, or add a picture from your mobile device, and after completing the design, press the Add to Cart button
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can cancel or modify the order within 3 days of ordering. Or tell us to make the modification before executing the request.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you must have an account in order to track the order during the shipping process and review the order in My Account - Orders
How Do I Track My Order?
There is a button at the top of the site titled Order Tracking
Enter the email with which the account is registered, then the order number, and the shipping process will appear
How Can I Return a Product?
The order can be returned in the event that it is in violation of the conditions, an error during implementation, or any malfunction resulting from poor shipment or poor execution, within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the order, or the company is committed to re-sending a new order according to the conditions required for the customer
Can the colors differ from what I see on the design board?
Yes... it may differ slightly because the colors used in the computer may differ slightly from the color of the fabric and leather
